TITLE: Excavation Foreman

Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Superintendent Foreman is responsible to oversee and coordinate the activities of Operators, Pipelayers, Laborers, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
Enforces all company health, safety, and environment policies and procedures Work hands on with crews daily Supervises and works with several crews of employees and prioritizes work accordingly Fulfils all assigned construction job duties, including project layout, timelines, and completes necessary paperwork Interprets and follows plans, material lists and guidelines Oversees timesheets and related project paperwork from subordinate staff, approving daily timecards of Foreman directly under his supervision.
