Responsibilities
Utility Outreach: Act as the primary point of contact for utility companies (Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer, Fiber) to request substructure records, maps, and relevant documentation.
Request Management: Initiate and track dozens of simultaneous requests. Ensure no request “goes cold” by following up consistently until the documentation is obtained.
Internal Liaison: Serve as the bridge between Utility Providers and Omni Logic Engineering Staff. Communicate delays, missing data, or clarifications to the internal team promptly.
Data Organization: Rename, categorize, and file all received maps and records according to project-specific naming conventions.
