**Job Title:**

Utility Account Manager

**In this role you will:**

+ Manage the service or sale of a portfolio of accounts.
+ Estimate and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
+ Identify and contacts potential new customers, and handles their individual needs.
+ Assist customers entering or calling the store with respect to technical support, locating material, and handling all aspects of the order generation.
+ Coordinate with the Director of Utility in providing support to outside sales staff, generating entering quotes, expediting purchase orders, working sales calling queues and working month end open order reports.
+ Download and compile spec sheets for project business and day to day product clarification.
