Job Scope Lead and oversee overall plant maintenance operations, including key utility and production equipment such as Boiler steam generation, Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Odour Containment System with chemical scrubber, Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system, Chillers, cooling towers, and chilled water recirculation, Air compressors and nitrogen distribution, Production equipment (spray dryers, powder blenders, liquid mixers/tanks, etc.)
Monitor equipment performance and system inspections to identify early signs of wear, damage, or malfunction, and initiate timely corrective actions or coordinate with vendors/contractors for repair or replacement.
Maintain and regularly update comprehensive maintenance documentation, including service reports, utility logs, calibration records, and maintenance Work Instruction (WI) / Risk Assessment (RA) tailored for production equipment, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
