Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in night shift 
Job Location: Brookfield, near Marathahalli, Bangalore
Shift Time: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM (Night Shift) 
Job Type: Onsite (5 days of work) Monday – Friday
 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and help identify the right talent.
• Support the end-to-end hiring process: from sourcing and reviewing profiles to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Assist in hiring for both technical (IT) and non-technical roles across different industries.
• Review job descriptions and understand key skills to match with potential candidates.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and candidates.
• Adapt to US business hours and perform efficiently during night shifts.
