Responsibilities - Define the Intune policy structure, dynamic device groups and compliance baselines tailored specifically for macOS
- Configure macOS management in Intune from scratch, including MDM Push Certificate connections and Apple Business Manager integration
- Implement and test Conditional Access policies specific to macOS endpoints
- Conduct working sessions with internal IT leaders to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and independent system management
- Troubleshoot and resolve failing configuration profiles using log analysis and advanced debugging techniques
