Provide a high level of technical support, affecting the reliability and utilization of the University’s Multi-Function printers ( MFP ), and other converged technologies, includingsystems administration level management. This includes the installation, maintenance,troubleshooting, and monitoring of MFP , safety cameras, door access, panic alarms,emergency phones, and other systems.
