Role summary: The Senior Manager, Fire Safety & Compliance, leads the development and execution of fire safety & compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role supports fire safety and compliance programs for the world’s largest retailer. This role helps reduce fire and property risk across retail and/or supply chain facilities by partnering with business and technical teams to evaluate risk, develop controls, and implement continuous improvement programs for fire and life safety needs. The role also includes mentoring associates, fostering a culture of integrity, and collaborating cross‑functionally to support continuous improvement and operational excellence aligned with company values.
