Drives organization-level decisions through deep domain expertise, data-driven insight, and cross-functional influence. Owns complex customer problems and product requir ments including upstream and downstream impacts. Builds new ideas and strategies using Whole Product concepts. Sets best practices for the product management discipline and elevates the technical/strategic bar across PM peers. Equivalent in scope and impact to Senior Manager, Product Management on the People Leader track; represents the upper expression of Level G — broader portfolio influence, more strategic ambiguity, and deeper organizational impact than Staff PM.
