1. Varicent Development & Configuration

•Design, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives modules, including:

oCompensation models

oComponents, rules, and calculations

oData tables and data integrations

oWorkflows and approval processes

•Build and optimize ICM models to support incentive plan changes and business needs.

2. Data Management & Integration

•Manage ETL processes for loading and transforming sales/HR/finance data.

•Create and maintain robust data pipelines for accurate, timely compensation processing.

•Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
