Job Description:

Seeking a Model N Flex Techno Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for US Market Access applications.

The role combines strong functional knowledge with hands on technical troubleshooting, integrations, and data analysis.



Key Responsibilities

L2/L3 support for Model N Flex covering Chargebacks, Commercial Rebates, Medicaid, Validata, and Government Pricing

Incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, EDI, IICS, batch jobs)

Support Government Pricing calculations (AMP, BP, NFAMP, ASP)

Data analysis and reconciliation using SQL

Support releases, SIT/UAT, and production fixes
