Lead the Roomex RFP process and reporting – participating in client calls and hotel side calls to procure a programme that best meets the needs of clients.
Lead the Roomex savings analysis – coordinating the team running the data and building the decks to present to clients
Ensure Forward Price Reports are issued quarterly
Have a full sense of ownership and be proactive at finding solutions to issues being raised from internal and external stakeholders
Develop fully collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders especially in the Account Management and Priority Support teams
Triage issues with the platform (bookings errors, availability issues), resolve if possible or pass to engineering team to resolve.
