Verify identity through face match, ID match, and document validation as per acceptable document guidelines
Request resubmission of unclear, incomplete, or non-compliant documents and upload ver ified copies into the system • Follow up with candidates who have not completed onboarding using calls, email and mes saging tools
Identify duplicate profiles and escalate discrepancies as per defined process
Ensure candidate profiles are complete, accurate and moved to the employee stage upon completion
Work on all allotted cases and make calls accordingly to meet process timelines
Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with clean desks and secure working environment requirements
