* Types of Cases: Mixed cystoscopy/stent procedures with office visits; approximately 24-28 patients per day. Core procedures include:
* Vasectomy
* Vasectomy Reversal (not mandatory)
* Cystoscopy (in OR)
* Prostate Procedures
* Ureteroscopy (in OR)
* Penile Plication
* Penile Implants (rare)
* Lithotripsy
* Circumcision (rare)
* Orchiopexy
* Robotic Surgery
* Scope (if part of provider's practice; not required)
* Patient Population: Adults 18 and older (with rare exception for emergency torsion presenting during call)
