Typical schedule for an MD/DO is 3 days clinics 1 day OR and 7 days of 24h call with an admin day (off) in between.
If MD/DO is taking call for the week, the expectation is that they work clinic and call at the same time. Clinic would then be 3 days a week and 1 OR day. This is for the safety of the MD/DO to ensure they have enough rest.
If MD/DO is not taking call for the week, they would work 4 days a week in the clinic and then 1 OR day.
Call Requirement- 7 days of unrestricted call per month
Role approved through 12/31/26
Start- ASAP - Washington state license must be in hand at time of present.
