Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain leads within the CRM system

• Provide CRM support and assist agents with system-related concerns

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from online and call sources

• Organize lead follow-up processes and nurture leads through consistent communication

• Monitor agent activity, productivity, and lead conversion performance

• Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using Google Sheets

• Maintain lead databases and pipeline management tools
