Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the Airfreight Import Customer Service team to ensure staff effectively manage the full end-to-end import process.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day import activities encompassing shipment documentation, carrier coordination, customs compliance, billing, and job closure, while upholding service standards and established procedures.
Process Optimisation: Proactively identify operational inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and support initiatives aimed at enhancing overall workflow productivity.
