Monitor the planning, implementation, and accomplishment of R&D projects, making sure that budgets, timelines, and aims are fulfilled. Handle project resources, comprising tool, personnel, and budget, to increase efficiency and usefulness. Cooperate with multi-functional team members, like operations, marketing, and production, to make sure the efficient transition of products from development to selling. Supervise the establishment of new products or the advancement of current ones by nurturing invention and creative problem-solving within the team member. Make sure that R&D programs arrange with market trends, customer requirements, and the company’s tactic aims.

Candidate must have B.E/ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Materials, polymer, chemical from any reputed university.
