Responsibilities:
Provide care services to residents in accordance with established care plans.
Assist in the admission and discharge of residents as required.
Collect charts, records, and reports.
Clean, sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
Administer/assist/observe medications and treatments for each resident using the medication administration record (MAR).
Assist with monthly blood pressures and weigh-ins as required.
Restocks the medication cart after all medication passes.
Respond to medical/physical/emotional needs with collaboration from Health and Wellness Manager/Care Coordinator.
Observe and report any resident changes in condition.
Maintain confidentiality of all residents.
Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity and physical safety of each resident.
