            Responsibilities Assist course coordinator in class timetabling and hiring of course tutors. 
Work with Colleges/Schools, and tutorial instructors on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments. 
Point of contact and support to students and schools on all matters related to course. 
Handle and manage course venue booking, registration, attendance, and assessments. 
Assist in organising transferable skills programmes for all research students. 
Manage any administrative matters related to course and transferable skill programme. 
Support in any other academic-related programmes/matters, if any. 
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
