Reporting to the Operations Leader, the Unit Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for daily operations of the unit, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care and efficient service delivery. This role supervises and supports staff through scheduling, performance management, coaching, and professional development while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Supervisor coordinates multidisciplinary care, oversees program planning and quality improvement initiatives, implements clinical policies and standards, and manages unit resources and budgets.
