Job Responsibilities:

• Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.


• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.


• Convert bank-generated leads into successful policy sales.


• Conduct customer meetings and provide financial protection solutions.


• Ensure excellent customer service before and after policy issuance.


• Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and sales campaigns.


• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality business.


• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking Sales, BFSI, or Cross-selling.
