Job Responsibilities:
- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Convert bank-generated leads into successful policy sales.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide financial protection solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after policy issuance.
- Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and sales campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality business.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking Sales, BFSI, or Cross-selling.
