Job Responsibilities:
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Convert bank-generated leads into successful policy sales.
Conduct customer meetings and provide financial protection solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after policy issuance.
Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and sales campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality business.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking Sales, BFSI, or Cross-selling.
