Unit Controller
Job Description
Responsible for managing the monthly and weekly accounting processes for one of our locations within a business unit. This role involves providing critical financial services for main facilities, including handling accounts payable, account reconciliations, and accounts receivable. You will work closely with General Managers at the facility, providing analytical support, preparing financial reviews, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities

+ Handle monthly and weekly accounting processes for assigned location.

+ Manage accounts payable, ensuring invoices are entered and data is up to date.

+ Conduct account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.

+ Manage accounts receivable, ensuring correct billing for profit centers and purchase order information.
