Minimum10-12years of experience in managing messaging environment with about 3-5 years of experience in financial institutes
Experience with messaging technologies such as Exchange2016/2019, Skype for Business, MS Teams, and IRONPORT and mobile messaging technologies such asWorkSpaceOne &Blackberry Work.
Microsoft Exchange Server 2016certified (or above)
Microsoft Certified IT Professional Enterprise Messaging Administrator
In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with Windows technology, Skype/Lync, and IronPort or any email gateway technologies.
Good in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical skills
