Insight Global is seeking a Manager of UKG Workforce Solutions to support a large healthcare client in the state of Indiana. This individual will be responsible for transforming underutilized workforce management systems within a complex healthcare environment. They will serve as the operational owner of the UKG platform, overseeing system configuration, optimization, reporting, enhancements, and overall functionality to support enterprise workforce planning, advanced scheduling, timekeeping, and labor productivity initiatives across the health system. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Clinical leadership to drive system adoption, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
