Work Environment:
Ideally, the workday would run from roughly 1700 – 0200 to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.
Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, and set up and maintain work files.
Willingness to work 8 hours per day; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours.
Responsibilities:
User Research & Persona Development - Conduct and support user research efforts, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis—to understand user behavior and develop user personas.
