We're hiring a UGC Ad Creator & Editor to help us scale our ad creative across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other paid platforms. This role is ideal for a hybrid creative: someone who can film and edit high-performing UGC-style content using phones and scrappy tools , but who also has the experience and skillset to shoot and edit polished, studio-quality videos when needed. You'll be expected to create and iterate on performance-focused video ads , work with internal and external teams to manage UGC deliverables and collaborate with the media buying team to test and optimize creative at scale.
