Overview
The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, delivering outstanding member service, and driving revenue through private training and supplement sales. They handle scheduling, administrative tasks, policy enforcement, and collaborate with coaching staff to meet club and company sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Sell and conduct private training and small group training with members.
- Execute prospecting strategies, conduct guest tours, and support staff sales through turnover processes.
- Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re?sign clients on full programs for handoff to coaching staff.
- Generate complimentary appointments via in?person and digital prospecting to sell personal training programs.
- Accurately administer client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout plans; arrive on time, prepared, and attentive to client appointments.
