Reporting to the Head of Academy, 1st team GK Coach and Lead Professional Development Phase Coaches on all aspects relating to individual and squad development with regard to Elite Player Development in line with Academy playing and coaching philosophies.
Manage and deliver the Goalkeeping programme for our U18 Goalkeepers, following a set coaching curriculum.
Have responsibility for the development and implementation of the Goalkeeping in the Scholar Programme, monitoring and adjusting the programme to the goalkeepers individual needs.
Demonstrate strong session design and collaboration with PDP coaches.
Design, log, reflect on all sessions delivered using Sport Session Planner.
Write 12 week performance reviews linked to FGR playing characteristics for all Scholar Goalkeepers.
Attend a minimum of two training sessions and one fixture per week.
