The Tx Finance Lead Analyst ensures the transactional operational plan for North America (NAM) customers financial goals of Onshore Wind Services by acting as the primary interface between ITO/OTR, Finance, Commercial and Services Operations and Tx project Management teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

**Support weekly pacing rhythms and planning cycles**

+ Develop & manage the financial plan for Transactional stream across NAM, for the entire commercial lifecycle, that complies with GE controllership policy.
+ Identify financial risks and opportunities to manage operational uncertainty that achieves the financial plan.
+ Submit weekly transactional report for NAM
+ Elaborate weekly versus prior week walk for NAM
+ Weekly consolidate total NAM risks and opportunities
+ Support on consolidate and submit total NAM forecast and Operating Plan.
