Position Information Position Title Tutor (Pool) FLSA Non-Exempt FT/PT Part Time Hours Per Week Hours will vary, not to exceed 25 hours per week Work Schedule Varies Monday-Sunday Position Salary Range Essential Role Responsibilities This is a temporary, hourly position for one semester (15 weeks) which can be renewed in subsequent semesters based on employee performance. Duties include providing individual, group and drop-in tutoring; learning and applying teaching pedagogy; tutoring content and study skill strategies; attending mandatory orientation for new tutors and completing HCC online required training. The individual will be responsible for completing required administrative tasks including, but not limited to, filling out paperwork relevant to tutoring sessions. Must be willing to work as a team player and abide by the LAC policies and procedures.
