            Responsibilities  Manage project planning, budgeting and resources identification, deployment and control. 
Manage and monitor projects progress to ensure timely completion of work. 
Maintain strict adherence to budget guidelines. 
Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards for all site activities. 
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and subcontractors/suppliers. 
Conduct site investigations, geological analysis, design development, and supervision of tunnelling activities. 
Provide engineering supervision to bored tunnelling operation, including final ring selection and key selection. 
 Requirements  Bachelor's degree in structural, civil, geotechnical or construction related engineering. 
Possessing Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) and/or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is an advantage.
