What you'll be doing



Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards



Manage the day-to-day operations of the tunnel construction site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring



Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions



Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions



Provide on-site training and mentorship to construction workers, promoting skill development and a positive safety culture



Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations, industry standards, and company policies
