Oversee all operations of the SBDC, including strategic planning, team leadership, and alignment with federal and state SBDC goals.

Note: This is a full-time, grant- funded position with continued employment
contingent on annual funding.

Job Duties
The Director of the TSBDC at RSCC oversees the operations, budget, and strategy for the TSBDC at RSCC in compliance with the TSBDC MTSU Annual Contract and the TSBDC Network Strategic Plan.

The Director is responsible for delivering TSBDC programs to individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the TSBDC and RSCC service area which covers 7 counties in rural eastern Tennessee.
