Job purpose/summary: To manage the relationships associated with a portfolio of clients and be the primary point of contact of such clients and other stakeholders, both internal and external.
To coordinate service delivery with resources in other offices of Trident via an outsourcing business model, ensuring a high quality of work is maintained
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Duties: - Proactively establish and maintain close relationships with clients through consistent communication such as by email, telephone and messaging
- To attend to all client’s requests including such things as distributions, asset purchase or disposal, adding or removing beneficiaries, updating of Letter of Wishes, amending the Trust Deed etc
