Read and interpret truss-work orders, select lumber and truss plates, set up and stage truss components. Operate truss presses. Recognize and report assembly problems in a timely manner. Load trusses onto trucks. Learn sawing techniques and load lumber onto the saw. Stack and label cut materials and band bundles. Maintain work stations and areas. Attend and participate in Bloedorns-sponsored training, when required. Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities, or tasks. Qualifications Complete and pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screen. Possess or have the ability to obtain Forklift Training certification.
