**Job Overview**

TRUSS ASSEMBLER

1st shift - $21.07/hour

Location: Cascade

The Truss Assembler is responsible for assembling pre-cut wood and metal materials to build roof, floor, and wall trusses according to blueprints and work orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

REQUIRED TOOLS: Steel toed boots, 22 oz front facing framing hammer, 25' tape measure, hammer belt loop

Key Responsibilities:

+ Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and layout instructions.
+ Position and assemble truss components using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
+ Lay out pre-cut wood and plates on assembly tables.
