Trucking Operations Supervisor – Hot Oil

Select Water's Trucking Supervisor ensures the correct, timely and safe delivery of oilfield fluids, fresh water, salt water products and specialty loads via tractor-trailer/tanker assigned to customer locations.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Makes recommendations to Operations Manager regarding the work status of employees including, hiring, firing, discipline, promotion, etc.
• Actively promotes and ensures a safe working environment and adhere to the EHS Management Plan.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and Government regulations pertaining to the worksite.
• Keeps the Superintendent updated on operations; inspect for hazards, inspect lifesaving and safety equipment.
• Coordinates safety meetings and pre-job safety meetings.
• Ensures upkeep of equipment, suggests improvements, and maintains the paperwork.
