Compensation - Annual salary range is $70,000 to $75,000 per year, which includes:

* Activity-based pay including miles, trips, stops, detention rate, etc.
* $5,000 Sign-on and Retention Bonus: $2,500 after 90 day, $2,500 after 1 year
* $3,000 Referral Bonus- payable after 90 days of employment
* Routes are typically 2300-2700 miles per week.
* Typical work days are up to 12 hours.
