Logistical Dispatch is looking for a proactive and results-driven Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. If you have experience in the U.S. trucking industry and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and book loads through DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
• Negotiate competitive rates with brokers.
• Dispatch and support drivers in real time.
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Manage load tracking, updates, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of U.S. truck dispatch experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. business hours)
• Organized, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
