Compensation & Rewards

• Hourly Pay: $42.00–$50.00/hr. for licensed technicians
• Up to $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed or Apprentice 310T/421A Technicians
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
• Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training
