Description
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a plaintiff-side consumer warranty firm in Los Angeles in it's search for a Trial Attorney.


Role:

This is a unique contract-to-hire opportunity. The initial contract period (up to 60 days) is designed as a high-level integration phase, where candidates will shadow attorneys to learn about the firm’s trial strategy, workflow, and case approach. Following successful completion of the contract period, candidates will immediately convert to a direct-hire employee of the firm and take an active role within the trial team.


Responsibilities:

+ Lead and execute trial strategy, including serving as first or second chair as appropriate

+ Independently handle all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial

+ Take ownership of high-stakes motion practice, including dispositive motions and MILs
