Trial Attorney

Seeking a trial attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join a respected law firm's New York City office. This role provides the opportunity to work on a mix of commercial litigation with some exposure to intellectual property and employment matters. 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft briefs

- Manage and participate in discovery

- Handle depositions and prepare witnesses

- Draft and argue legal motions

- Participate in trial preparation and trial proceedings

- Assist with appeals and appellate briefing

- Work on cases in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration

Qualifications:

- from an ABA-accredited law school

- 3-5 years of litigation experience

- Interest in hands-on litigation, including depositions and oral argument
