Job Description:

Operate the Wastewater Treatment Plant at times independently in a safe and effective manner while maintaining facility discharge compliance. Record all required instrumentation readings, review data and take corrective action based on analysis. Performs required laboratory sample collection and analysis, take corrective operational action based on analysis. Monitor the status of facility systems, change processes from automatic operation to manual operation as necessary. Performs required system checkout procedures and calibration adjust equipment as required.

Record keeping - data entry, logbooks, checklists, lab and calibration sheets etc. Perform routine cleaning and painting of all facility systems: buildings, tanks, equipment, flumes etc. Operate and maintain sludge de-watering equipment.
