**Job Title: Traveling TIG Welder / Bus Duct Technician**
**Job Description**
This role combines high‑skill TIG welding with hands-on electrical bus duct system maintenance and installation at power generation and transfer facilities across the United States. You will travel frequently to new construction, remodel, and existing power plants—including nuclear and non‑nuclear sites, as well as wind and other power generation locations—to perform inspection, cleaning, refurbishment, and installation of aluminum bus duct power transfer systems, along with structural welding as needed.

**Responsibilities**

+ Travel to a variety of new construction, remodel, and existing power plants across the United States to support bus duct power transfer system projects.
+ Perform approximately 80% technician work, including inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of electrical bus duct systems.
