Insite International is seeking a Property Maintenance Operative for a permanent, full-time role covering the South West of England. Responsibilities include travelling to residential properties to perform mould treatments, painting and decorating, and minor repairs related to condensation and damp issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong painting and decorating background, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work in occupied homes. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for the role.
