Allegheny Millwork is seeking a Traveling Superintendent who will be responsible for all site operations on various custom millwork projects. The prominent locations for this role will be in Las Vegas, Nashville, and Washington, D.C. Our site superintendents manage and coordinate all site-related items with customers, project managers, shipping dept., installers and various specialty sub-vendors. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively reads and interprets architectural and millwork shop drawings. Performs quality control to comply with project specs and AWI as required. Represents Allegheny Millwork as our onsite safety coordinator. Investigates and reports accidents, injuries and near-misses. Attend daily/weekly site meetings as required. Conducts field measurements and creates templates to ensure a correct, finished product. Meets with subcontractors to track progress and ensure project is on schedule.
