Job Description
- Plan itinerary and costing
- Attend to incoming calls and emails
- Arrange and coordinate logistics arrangement
- Handle reservation for hotels, restaurants, tours, packages, etc
- Helps in making tour packages, quotations and in dealing with prospective clients making
- arrangements for clients travel programs.
- Employees should have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the tourism industry in organizing tourist services.
- Employees should have knowledge of the tourist geography of the world, especially Asian countries.
- Employees should have knowledge in room and airline bookings utilizing the hotel portal and airline system
- Employees should be able to customized and execute the itineraries based on program that includes transportation, accommodation, guides, and activities
